In a small mixing bowl, add almonds, chili powder, lime juice, salt, and minced cilantro.
Combine them until almonds are coated well with the added ingredients.
Set aside for 1 hour to soak the almonds.
Preheat the oven for 350 degree farenheit.
In a baking tray, spread the almonds evenly.
Bake by flipping occasinoally for 18 minutes or until it is done.
Remove it from the oven and allow to cool down.
And enjoy snacking.
Notes
Letting the almonds soak in the chili lime seasoning for an hour enhances the bold flavors before baking to crispy perfection.
If you have leftover lime seasoning, you can toss it into a salad, or you can discard it.
Adjust the heat level by adding cayenne, chopped jalapeños, or a dash of hot sauce for an extra spicy kick.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for a day, refrigerate for up to a week, or freeze for 4-6 months; reheat in the oven or air fryer to restore crispiness.
