Ingredients

mayonnaise

lemon juice

curry powder

Instructions
In a small bowl, add mayonnaise, lemon juice, curry powder, garlic, black pepper, and salt.
Using a whisk blend the mixture until all the ingredients well combined.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to build up
Taste the aioli and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
Serve the curry aioli as a dip or as a sauce.
Notes
Modify the amount of curry powder and black pepper to adjust the heat. For a milder version, opt for light curry powder.
Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days, whisking before serving. This sauce doesn’t freeze well.
