Ingredients

cucumbers
½
cup
greek yogurt
plain
¼
teaspoon
dill
¼
teaspoon
red chili flakes
(optional)
½
teaspoon
salt
or as required
Instructions
Wash and clean the cucumbers. Slice evenly.
In a mixing bowl, add cucumber slices, greek yogurt, dill, red chili flakes and salt.
Gently combine them with the spoon.
Serve immediately.
Notes
Check the taste of cucumber before slicing. As cucumber tastes bitter at times.
You can store the leftover Greek yogurt salad in a refrigerator for up to one day.
The cucumber does not freeze well and becomes soggy once it is thawed, so it is highly recommended to use it as soon as you make it.
