Ingredients
¼
cup
Sriracha sauce
¼
cup
honey
2
tablespoon
unsalted butter
melted
1
tablespoon
apple cider vinegar
½
teaspoon
garlic powder
¼

kosher salt
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, add Sriracha sauce, honey, melted butter, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, and kosher salt.
And stir until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
And serve it with chicken wings, or drizzle over the salad.
Notes
Feel free to swap honey with maple syrup or agave nectar for a vegan version.
Adjust the heat by adjusting the amount of Sriracha—more for spicier heat, less for milder heat.
You can use this honey sriracha wing sauce as a glaze for chicken wings, salmon, shrimp, veggies, pasta, or drizzle it over salads and tacos.
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or in the freezer for 4 months.
Reheat gently over low heat or thaw fully and serve chilled.
