In a medium heat, place a saucepan filled half with water and bring it to a rolling boil.
Meanwhile, add honey, roasted red peppers, hot sauce, and salt to mixing bowl and place them over the saucepan(make sure the bottom of the glass bowl does not touch the water level).
And stir the honey continuously with a spatula for about 2-3 minutes or until the honey is slightly thin down.
Remove it from the heat, and allow it to cool to room temperature.
Then transfer it to an airtight container and ENJOY!!
Notes
Adjust heat by tweaking the amount of red pepper flakes or hot sauce.
Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 months or freeze for six months.
Warm honey gently; Heating above 98°F can reduce its beneficial properties.
