Instructions
In a mixing bowl, add grated carrot, lemon juice, salt, minced green chili pepper, and curry powder.

Notes
Grated carrots absorbs lemon juice well, alternatively use finely chopped carrots.
Deseed the green chili pepper for gently heat.
