Ingredients

cup
sour cream
½
cup
mayonnaise
1
jalapeno
seeded

teaspoon
lime juice
1
teaspoon
onion powder
1
teaspoon
garlic powder
1
teaspoon
salt
Instructions
Cut jalapeno into two. Remove the seeds and the ribs. And chop them roughly.
In a blender jar, add sour cream, mayonnaise, chopped jalapeno, lime juice, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
And blend until all the ingredients comes together and turns to a smooth consistency.
Transfer to a serving bowl and serve as a dip.
Notes
Adjust the heat level by adding jalapeño seeds or extra cayenne pepper for a spicier kick.
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days; freezing is not recommended, as the sauce may separate.
It pairs well with French fries, roasted sweet potatoes, burgers, seafood, or other meat dishes.
