Pineapple Jalapeno Sauce
This pineapple jalapeno sauce is sweet, spicy, and ready in under 5 minutes! Perfect as a dip, dressing, or wing sauce: flavorful and easy!

Ingredients

cup
pineapple

cup
jalapeno
½
cup
sweet onion

garlic cloves

cup
vinegar

tablespoon
lemon juice

teaspoon
salt
Instructions
Remove the skin and cut the pineapple to chunks.
Deseed the jalapeno and remove the pith.
Cut onion into cubes.
In a blender jar, add pineapple cubes, jalapeno, onion, garlic, vinegar, lemon juice, and salt.
Blend it coarsely.
And transfer to serving bowls. And enjoy with salad or sandwich.
Notes
Use it as a dipping sauce for appetizers, a topping for burgers, or a spicy-sweet salad dressing.
Adjust the heat level by keeping or removing the jalapeño seeds and ribs to suit your spice preference.
Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 days or freeze for up to 2 months. Thaw overnight in the fridge and reheat gently before serving if needed.
