This saffron tea is warm and cozy, with delicate flavors of saffron, lemon, and mint. Ready in just 10 minutes with five simple ingredients!

Ingredients

water

saffron

teaspoon
honey

teaspoon
lemon juice

mint leaves
Instructions
In a small saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
Turn off the heat and add the saffron strands. Let them steep for about 5 minutes to release their color and flavor.
Stri in lemon juice and honey.
Strain(if needed), and ENJOY
Notes
Best enjoyed warm, preferably in the evening without any meals or snacks, to fully appreciate its unique flavor.
This tea is best made fresh, but you can store the dry ingredients separately and brew a fresh cup whenever needed.
