Spicy Alfredo Sauce
This spicy alfredo sauce recipe yields creamy and mildly hot white sauce for pasta. Made with few ingredients, ready under 15 minutes.

Ingredients

butter
cut into chunks

heavy whipping cream
⅔

parmesan cheese

teaspoon
roasted red pepper flakes
adjust to your preference

Italian seasoning

pepper
Instructions
Place a pan over medium heat. And add butter, cream, and minced garlic.
Allow butter to melt down.
Now stir in italian seasoning, roasted red pepper flakes, pepper, and salt.
Cook for 3-4 in low heat or until the mixture starts to thicken.
Add parmesan cheese and stir continuously until the sauce becomes smooth.
Remove the pan from the heat and toss with pasta.
Notes
Adjust the heat by increasing red pepper flakes or adding chili peppers or hot sauce.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. Reheat gently in the microwave, adding water or milk to thin, if needed.
Freeze in a freezer-safe container for up to three months. Thaw in the fridge for at least 12 hours before serving.
