Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Wash and clean the sweet potato and cut into cubes of 1 inch thickness. And set aside.
Add the cut sweet potatoes, cayenne pepper, mild paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, salt, and olive oil to a mixing bowl.
And combine until the sweet potato cubes are coated well with the spices.
In the baking sheet, without crowding-spread the spice coated sweet potato cubes evenly.
And bake it for 20 minutes or until the center is cooked.
Remove the sweet potatoes from the oven and serve hot.
Notes
Adjust the spice level by adjusting the amount of cayenne pepper or substituting it with paprika.
For a sweet-spicy variation, add a tablespoon of brown sugar.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for three months.
Reheat in the oven and air fryer at 375°F. Or microwave until warm.
