Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon olive oil or melted butter
  • 2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper optional(see notes 1)
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary (see notes 2)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Add the nuts, olive oil, brown sugar, smoked paprika, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and dried rosemary.
  3. Toss until nuts are evenly coated.
  4. Spread the coated nuts in a single layer on the lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 12 minutes or until the nuts are toasted; stir halfway through.
