Ingredients and its possible substitution

Mayonnaise. I have used store bought mayo, I usually get from the nearby Costco. I feel its economical and handy. However, feel free to use homemade mayo, or vegan mayo.

Lemon juice. Brighten ups the flavors. Add in half a teaspoon of lemon zest for an intensified variation.

Fresh garlic and garlic powder. Cajun aioli recipe calls for both garlic powder and fresh minced garlic, because both have different values. They vary in texture and fresh garlic provides robust flavors. Aioli is known for its garlicky flavors, be generous is adding them both together.

Smoked paprika. We emphasis on smoked paprika, as it accentuate the dip. For extra heat, add in cayenne pepper if needed.

Onion powder. Works as thickening agent besides works as flavor enhancer.

Oregano. Its flavors are magnificent when combined with onion powder and garlic powder.

Dijon mustard sauce. Gives a punch and balances other ingredients in here.
