How to make cranberry jalapeno relish
Cut jalapeno into half. Remove the ribs and the seeds. And cut them into small cubes. Wear gloves if you are sensitive towards peppers.
In low to medium heat, place a pan.
Add cranberries, chopped jalapenos, sugar, lime juice, grated ginger.
Cover with a lid and cook for 10 minutes or until the cranberries are soft.
