Leftovers

Whenever I make this homemade Sriracha aioli, it vanishes as soon as it is served over the table. So, I never had a chance to store the leftovers.

This sauce tastes excellent when made and served immediately.

However, if you prefer, store it in the refrigerator for up to three days in an airtight container. And whip again just before serving.

This dipping sauce is not a freezer-friendly recipe.

  1. I've got all of those ingredients in my fridge so this is perfect to go with my barbecue this weekend - thanks!

  2. Sriracha mayo (only technically aioli if there's garlic in there but good either way) goes with lots of things, and so easy to make too.
