I never dilute watermelon juice, but if you prefer diluted juice, you can do this by adding water and sugar in the ratio of 1:1/4, 1 cup of water and 1/4th cup of sugar. I did not add lemon juice as I love the sweetness of watermelon.

1/4th of regular size of Watermelon
1 stalk of Mint leaves
1/4th cup or as you desire of Sugar
1" of Ginger
How to make Watermelon Punch:
Slide knife through the melon and cut into big chunks. Blend all the ingredients in the blender / mixer. Sieve the mixture with the strainer.Serve Watermelon Punch immediately and chilled by adding ice cubes. Beat the summer heat in a healthier way.
Watermelon Punch Recipe
- 8 cups watermelon chunks
- 1 tsp ginger grated
- 1 stalk mint leaves
- 2 cups ice cubes
- To the blender jar, add watermelon chunks, and ginger. Blend it to silky consistency.
- Place a strainer over a bowl and pour this mixture. And extract the juice.
- Pour the juice to tall glasses and garnish with mint leaves.
- Add ice cubes and serve chilled.
Tips and Variations:
Use melon scooper or tiny spoons to scoop small melon balls. Drop these cute looking balls over the juice glass and serve.
